Currently, Xperience Fitness has locations in Wisconsin and Minnesota.

To meet your fitness needs, group exercise classes come in a variety of formats. Come work out in an environment that is fun, motivating, and challenging. Working out with others keeps you motivated and accountable for your workouts. The fitness instructors will challenge and improve your body and overall fitness through boot camps, muscle conditioning, yoga, and indoor cycling.

Aquafit is a great aquatic aerobic and resistance training class that will help strengthen your muscles without putting additional strain on your joints. AquaZumba is a popular Latin dance class that takes place in the water! It's a high-energy "pool party" dance workout that combines the Zumba formula with traditional aqua fitness disciplines to provide a safe, challenging, water-based workout. It's exhilarating, cardio-conditioning, and bodytoning!

BodyAttack is a sports-inspired cardio workout with pre-choreographed moves for increasing strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class incorporates athletic aerobic movements as well as strength and stability exercises. BodyCombat is a high-intensity, pre-choreographed cardio workout for people of all fitness levels. This class combines agility, sports conditioning, boxing, and kickboxing and is inspired by karate, boxing, and Taekwondo. Funk is a high-energy dance-fitness class that prioritizes FUN and FITNESS. Inspires movement, passion, empowerment, and energy, and there is always room for one more because this is something that anyone can get.

High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is undeniably enjoyable, effective, and challenging for all. This class will provide you with the benefits of both HIIT and Yoga. You've seen Insanity on TV; now experience it for yourself! You'll get a safe, challenging, and results-driven workout with plyometric drills and intervals of strength, power, resistance, and core training. PiYo is a unique workout that combines Pilates and Yoga. Piyo fitness classes can help you improve your strength, balance, and athletic ability.

Pound is a full-body jam session that combines light resistance drumsticks and continuous simulated drumming. The 45-minute class incorporates cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometrics, and isometric poses. R.I.P.P.E.D. is a total-body "plateau-proof fitness formula" workout that combines Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance, and Diet. Sneakers in Silver Cardio is a safe and heart-healthy aerobic exercise that is easy on the joints. The workout includes low-impact movement that is simple to follow, upper-body strength, abdominal conditioning, stretching, and relaxation exercises.

Total Body Kickboxing is a full-body workout that challenges the cardiovascular system with simple kickboxing patterns. These patterns will be alternated with weighted resistance sets. In this fun and challenging workout, participants will punch, kick, block, and tone their bodies! Step right into the ring! Zumba is a Latin-inspired dance fitness party that is pre-choreographed and simple to learn. The routines include fast and slow rhythms to burn the most calories while re-energizing in a fun environment.

Cyclesculpt combines the best of indoor cycling, strength training off the bike, and core training. The result is a total-body circuit training program that gives participants an incredible aerobic workout while also strengthening their upper body and core. Prepare to move through a full range of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is provided so that you can perform a variety of seated and standing postures to improve flexibility, balance, and range of motion. Stress reduction and mental clarity will be promoted by restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation. This class is appropriate for people of all fitness levels.

Barre is a total-body workout that raises your seat, tones your thighs and abs, and burns fat quickly. Small isometric movements are performed using ballet, yoga, and Pilates. BodyFlow is a choreographed combination of Yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates. With controlled breathing, concentration, and other techniques, this workout increases flexibility and strength while also leaving you feeling centered and calm. Boost metabolism and build lean muscle by combining muscle and yoga. To intensify each yoga pose, you'll combine free weights with Yoga sequencing and cardio, as well as strength-training moves like squats, lunges, and bicep curls.

Have fun and move to the music with a variety of exercises designed to improve muscle strength, range of motion, and daily living activities. For resistance, hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers ball are available. A chair is used for both seated and standing exercises. This class can be tailored to the student's fitness level and abilities. It is appropriate for beginners to intermediate players. Kettlebell is a 30-minute training program that gets your body moving in three directions and on three planes for a more effective whole-body workout. They concentrate on cardio, core, and resistance training.
