Deleting your Uber account in 1 simple step

There are two main methods, (1) using their Submit a Request form and (2) emailing their support@ directly. We recommend emailing their support@ directly, since there’s less of a chance you’ll lose your progress.

1. Email [email protected] — include the following details:
   • Your full name
   • The email address on your Uber account
   • Your phone number
2. For the email subject, make it clear “Uber account cancellation for (your Uber account email here)”
3. Write an email body that states “I would like to cancel my Uber account, (your account details above)”, and optionally lets them know why you’re leaving so they will hopefully make a change in the future. Would you, for example, re-join if there were more coverage in your area?
