The goal of JustAnswer is to connect customers with verified experts to answer their questions. Customers can ask a question and expect a response to the questions within 24 hours. There are currently over 11,000 experts on JustAnswer. There have been over 16 million questions answered. Customers can pay a low monthly fee and ask unlimited questions. Customers are also able to speak one-on-one with the experts via phone.
