You can easily file a claim when needed. You will first request service online. You are also able to call American Home Shield directly to speak with a live representative to request service. Afterward, a service technician will be assigned to your claim. It usually takes 24 business hours for you to get a service technician. All service technicians are qualified technicians from your local area. Each contractor is carefully evaluated to ensure that they are trained to meet the standards of customers. You may also have the option to choose your own service technician, depending on your service location.
