USCCA is the United States Concealed Carry Association. It is a subsidiary of Delta Defense, LLC. It was founded in 2003 by Tim Schmidt and Tonnie Schmidt. The company originally provided the Concealed Carry Magazine, which teaches about self-defense and gun ownership. Today, the organization provides self-defense education, training, and legal protection to members. Tim Schmidt still serves as the President of the company.
There are three levels of membership available: Gold, Platinum, and Elite. The Gold membership is $22 per month and includes a subscription to the Concealed Carry Magazine, including both the online and print editions. It also includes educational resources, including weekly updates, checklists, member-only USCCA app features, and permit information. It also includes training resources, legal protection, and a chance to interact with the USCCA Community. The Platinum membership is $30 per month and includes the same as the Gold membership but also has more member perks and legal protection. The legal protection includes $1M in self-defense shield protection for civil defense and damages and $150k in self-defense shield protection for criminal defense, bail bond funding, and attorney retainer.
