Grip is a mobile device protection plan offered by Cell Brokerage LLC. Cell Brokerage LLC was founded in 2009 to provide cellular phone insurance options to customers and has its headquarters in Las Vegas, NV. Customers may sign up for coverage for their eligible device at the time of purchase if their device is purchased from an authorized retailer of Grip's policies, or they can enroll online as long as it is within 30 days from the date of purchase for their device. Coverage obtained at the time of purchase is available immediately, while those purchasing after the date of purchase but within 30 days have a 30-day waiting period before the coverage is effective. Grip plans cover the covered device in case of accidental damage, loss, theft, or malfunction once the manufacturer's warranty for malfunctions has expired.
